How do I check in?
One day prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email with a link to our secure portal. There, you’ll enter your departure date, the credit card that you’d like to pay with, your expected arrival time, and some basic personal information. You can also leave us a note with special requests on this form, such as extra towels, extra Nespresso coffee pods, or whatever else you may need!
Then on the day of your arrival, you will receive an email and/or text message with your room number and the access code to enter the room. In lieu of a front desk attendant, if you have any questions or concerns you can contact a Hotel Hi-Ho employee 24/7 via phone at 203-259-5264.
When is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. However, our system will automatically send you a message with your room number and entry code as soon as your room is available, no earlier than 3:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
What if I would like to check in early?
Our system is designed to automatically check you in as soon as your room is available, no earlier than 3:00pm. If you would like to check in early, simply give us a call! Depending on our availability, an early check-in fee may apply.
How can I cancel or alter a reservation?
If you book directly, you can just give us a call. Otherwise, you will have to cancel or change your booking through the third party that you made the reservation with. Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy with the exception of certain weekends that are non-cancelable/non-refundable.
What kinds of amenities do you offer?
All of our guestrooms are equipped with a Nespresso Machine, Roku streaming services, in-room safes, USB charging stations, and bath amenities. We offer free WIFI throughout the property!
How do I navigate the Roku?
The Roku allows you to stream thousands of movies and shows on demand without being interrupted by commercials and is in fact easy to use! For specific details on how to operate the Roku, please refer to the in-room Roku FAQ located on your room’s nightstand.
Do you provide Housekeeping Services?
Housekeeping Service will only be provided for stays of 3 or more nights, with service every 3rd day.
Parking Details:
We offer free on-site parking.
Are there any extra stay fees I should know about?
A damage deposit of $150 is required upon arrival. Don’t worry, you’ll get it back in full after check-out, assuming the room is left in tip top shape!
